Terms & Conditions – Surprise My Gift

By accessing and placing an order on surprisemygift.com, you agree to these terms.

1. General
Surprise My Gift is a Ludhiana-based gifting company providing custom hampers, cakes, flowers, home decor and balloon decoration services.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders require 100% advance payment via our website or WhatsApp. Prices are in INR and include packaging. Delivery charges are extra and calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of wrong pricing or unavailability of product.

3. Customization
For personalized products (photo frames, mugs, cushions, name toppers), please double-check spelling, photos and messages. Once approved, it cannot be changed. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Product Representation
All products are handmade / hand-assembled. Minor variations in color, design, flower freshness, cake decoration and size are natural and not considered defects. Photos on website are for reference only.

5. Pricing
We may change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be final.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, logo, images and product designs on this website are the property of Surprise My Gift Company and cannot be copied.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab.
