Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Ludhiana Local Delivery (Our Main Service)
We specialize in same-day delivery across Ludhiana.

• Cakes, Fresh Flowers, Chocolates, Gift Hampers, and Balloon Decoration + Gift & Cake combos are delivered SAME DAY if ordered before 4 PM.
• Midnight Deliveries available with extra charges. Must be booked 24 hours in advance.
• Delivery time slots are provided, but exact time may vary by 30-45 minutes due to traffic or weather.
• We make ONE delivery attempt. If the recipient is not available or address is wrong, a redelivery charge of Rs. 150-300 will apply.

2. Pan-India Delivery
We deliver to 700+ cities across India.

• Applicable ONLY for non-perishable items: Photo Frames, Wall Clocks, Artificial Plants, Lamps & Lights, Statues, Soft Toys, Home Decor.
• Cakes, Fresh Flowers & Balloon Setups are NOT available for Pan-India delivery.
• Pan-India orders are shipped via our courier partners (Shiprocket / Delhivery / DTDC) and take 3-7 working days.
• Tracking ID will be shared on your WhatsApp number +91 7508315168.

3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery within 5 KM in Ludhiana for orders above Rs. 999. Delivery charges beyond that are calculated at checkout based on distance and weight.

4. Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by wrong address, recipient not reachable, traffic, weather, or courier company delays.
